HOW I GOT HERE:

When I was young, my head was full of dreams and aspirations. However, I grew up being told that such dreams were for others. So, I followed the expected path—attending school, securing a job, climbing the corporate ladder with promotions, and building a prudent 401k. My career in Learning and Organizational Development within HR went well; prestigious universities recognized my talents over two decades. Yet despite my success, deep down I felt burnt out and unfulfilled because there was no room for what truly ignited my passion. In 2024, fate intervened when I was laid off—a blessing in disguise. Initially seeking similar roles to sustain an unsatisfying lifestyle led me nowhere. Living in Los Angeles by then, I began chasing my true passions: auditioning and performing at top stand-up clubs. Though finances were tight and I took whatever work came along, as the year progressed a revelation unfolded—I found joy outside the confines of a 9-to-5 job. Then came an incredible opportunity—I embraced it wholeheartedly. For once in many years, every morning fills me with excitement and readiness to create something new!

MY PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY:

For two decades, I've passionately immersed myself in personal development, weaving these insights into the organizational training sessions I led. My journey has included a variety of workshops, webinars, and online courses focusing on everything from setting goals to nurturing spiritual growth. I've eagerly sought out resources that fostered my personal evolution, allowing me to present my true self. This exploration aimed at broadening my perspective while enabling me to serve others effectively, especially within my niche—animals. The first book that truly resonated with me was "The Secret," which opened the door to other transformative reads like "The Celestine Prophecy" and to online classes by gurus Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor and Gia. I hold firm to the belief that: "If you don't use it, you lose it". The wealth of knowledge available fuels my daily practice as I continuously strive to learn, practice and try to show up authentically every day.

They harnessed the principles I've embraced and pushed forward because they believed in their potential. This industry transcends escaping the 9-to-5 grind; it's about crafting something original and becoming the person you aspired to be in childhood.
